Cherner Side Chair, designed by Norman Cherner is the genuine original moulded & multi layered plywood chair, supplied with a manufacturer's guarantee. These dining & meeting chairs are stunning, beautifully made & elegant, with a high quality veneered steamed bent, plywood shell.

Don't be cheated by poor copies! Our original Cherner furniture is produced entirely in the USA by Cherner. It was designed by Norman Cherner in 1958 and is built to last, so that it can be handed down from generation to generation. Each Cherner product is supplied with a certificate of authenticity.

The seat is made of an ever increasing thickness of laminated plywood, from 15 plys to 5 plys at the thin edge of the shell. This Cherner side chair is manufactured to an exact and precise design to create a beautifully finished, comfortable, strong and lightweight chair.

The Cherner dining side chairs (no arms) are produced using water-based lacquers and stains that help reduce their impact on the environment. They are nicely combined with the Cherner Dining Armchairs.
