All UK mainland orders, totalling £57.00 or more can be delivered FREE OF CHARGE to the ground floor door/entrance. The delivery time for this FREE OF CHARGE delivery service is, generally for our in stock items = 1 to 2 weeks but can take up to 25 working days for out of stock items. Please contact us by telephoning 01702 527545 to find out the quickest delivery time for any of our products.
Working days are Mondays to Fridays (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Internal handling, assembly/installation & removing the packaging is available at an additional cost.

3 DAY delivery option is;
• delivery time is calculated from 11am of any Monday to Friday standard working days requiring 2 full standard working days (i.e. not weekends or Bank Holidays) prior to completing the delivery
• applicable to orders under 100kg total per consignment
• applicable to any Mainland England address
Please note that our 3 DAY & WEEKEND delivery options applies to orders up to a 100kg consignment weight & is charged at an extra £9.50 per consignment. If you require a WEEKEND delivery & it is within 3 full working days you will have to add the 2 together ie a total of £19.00 extra. Please contact us by telephoning 01702 527545 for advice on the most suitable delivery service, especially if you require a very quick delivery or delivery on a precise date. All orders are despatched as a 'recorded type delivery service" using our own vehicles or national or international carriers.
When its convenient, you can order and pay for your goods online as usual, and then collect from our warehouse in Progress Road, Leigh-on-Sea SS9 5PR. Select 'Buy & Collect' under the Delivery options when you get to the Basket page. Please leave a note with your order stating when you would like to collect, so that we can make sure that your goods are ready.
Connections At Home can provide a professional skilled fitting service which includes the handling, assembly, positioning & clearing away of any surplus items/packaging — all of which is available at a minimal extra cost.
For the huge majority of our products, the standard delivery time from receipt of payment is 4 to 9 working days but our made to order furniture including upholstery can take up to 25 working days. For a quicker delivery times contact us, or indicate on your order the required delivery date or select the 3 DAY delivery option. Working days are Mondays to Fridays excluding weekends & bank holidays.

In our packaging process, we thoroughly protect our products to avoid damage in transit. However, if there is any damage to the external packaging, then the contents must be inspected for breakage or damage. If you then find any damage, the delivery must be signed for noting that the "goods arrived damaged" on arrival with the delivery driver. If the delivery is signed for in "good condition" this will nullify any claim for a refund or a free of charge replacement. All the contents should be inspected & any faults registered with Connections at Home within 48 hours of the delivery.top of page
Cancellation of an order that has been processed to the point where the customer has been notified that it is ready for despatch or delivery, can incur a handling charge of up to 19%. This is to cover the transport cost from the manufacturer to our UK warehouse, internal handling & warehousing costs. Where an item has been manufactured as a tailor made solution for our client, in terms of; colours, sizes or design, then there is an 85% charge to cover for the manufacture, transport & handling cost.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been signed for as broken or faulty, we will replace it Free of Charge. To qualify for a free replacement or refund the delivery has to be noted as 'damaged' on arrival. To help us, please photograph the damage and email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We may require the items to be returned and we will refund you the cost incurred. Any items that are missing or broken on arrival, must be notified to Connections At Home within 3 days of receipt.
If you decide that the Goods are not appropriate, are unused & still in their original packaging then please advise us by emailing email@example.com. You may return Goods at your cost for a refund on the Goods. All returns will be subject to a minimum £9.50 or 25% charge (which ever is the greater value). This is to cover for the original delivery & subsequent restocking cost. This cost will be deducted from the refund. The Goods must be returned in perfect resaleable condition, including the original Presentation/Gift Boxes where applicable. Please make sure you provide sufficient packaging protection, to avoid damage in transit of the returned items. Please include the details of your order remembering to include your order reference number.
We reserve the right not to refund or offer a partial refund on returned Goods that do not comply with the above. There may be a handling, repackaging & or repair charge for returned items.
We allow all purchasers up to 7 consecutive calendar days from the receipt date, to return any ConnectionsAtHome items.top of page
