All orders, totalling £57.00 or more are delivered FREE OF CHARGE to the ground floor door/entrance, within mainland UK. This free delivery service can take up to 25 working days i.e. Monday to Friday (excluding weekends & Bank Holidays). Internal handling, assembly & removing the packaging is available at an additional cost. Orders under £57.00 are subject to an additional minimum UK mainland delivery cost of £5.99 & can take up to 25 working days to deliver.

3 DAY delivery option is;
• delivery time is calculated from 11am of any Monday to Friday standard working days requiring 2 full standard working days (i.e. not weekends or Bank Holidays) prior to completing the delivery
• applicable to orders under 10kg total per consignment
• applicable to any Mainland England address
Please note that our 3 DAY or WEEKEND delivery options applies to orders up to a 10kg consignment weight & is charged at an extra £9.50 per consignment. If you require a WEEKEND delivery & it is within 3 full working days you will have to add the 2 together ie a total of £19.00 extra. Please contact us for the most economical express delivery service covering large bulky & heavy orders. All orders are despatched as a 'recorded delivery' using our own vehicles, national or international carriers.
When its convenient, you can order and pay for your goods online as usual, and then collect from our warehouse in Progress Road, Leigh-on-Sea SS9 5PR. Select 'Buy & Collect' under the Delivery options when you get to the Basket page. Please leave a note with your order stating when you would like to collect, so that we can make sure that your goods are ready.
Connections At Home also provides a professional skilled fitting service which includes the handling, assembly, positioning & clearing away of any surplus items/packaging — all of which is available at a minimal extra cost.
For the huge majority of our products, the standard delivery time from receipt of payment is up to 25 working days. For a quicker delivery time please select the 3 DAY delivery option. Working days are Mondays to Fridays excluding weekends & bank holidays. However fitted, upholstered & tailor made furniture as well as a few other items could take longer to deliver. In our packaging process, we thoroughly protect our products to avoid damage in transit. However, if there is any damage to the external packaging, then the contents must be inspected for breakage or damage. If you then find any damage, the delivery must be signed for noting that the "goods arrived damaged" on arrival with the delivery driver. If the delivery is signed for in "good condition" this will nullify any claim for a refund or a free of charge replacement. All the contents should be inspected & any faults registered with Connections at Home within 48 hours of the delivery.top of page
If you decide to cancel an order which has already been processed then there can be up to a 15% handling charge.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been signed for as broken or faulty, we will replace it Free of Charge. To qualify for a free replacement or refund the delivery has to be noted as 'damaged' on arrival. To help us, please photograph the damage and email to firstname.lastname@example.org
We may require the items to be returned and we will refund you the cost incurred. Any items broken on arrival must be notified within 3 days of receipt.
If you decide that the Goods are not appropriate, are unused & still in their original packaging then please advise us by emailing email@example.com. You may return Goods at your cost for a refund on the Goods. All returns will be subject to a minimum £5.99 or 15% charge (which ever is the greater value). This is to cover for the original delivery & subsequent restocking cost. This cost will be deducted from the refund. The Goods must be returned in perfect resaleable condition, including the original Presentation/Gift Boxes where applicable. Please make sure you provide sufficient packaging protection, to avoid damage in transit of the returned items. Please include the details of your order remembering to include your order reference number.
We reserve the right not to refund or offer a partial refund on returned Goods that do not comply with the above. There may be a handling, repackaging & or repair charge for returned items.
We allow all purchasers up to 14 consecutive calendar days from the receipt date, to return any ConnectionsAtHome items.top of page
