Kartell Planet Table Lamp with Dimmer by Tokujin Yoshioka

Kartell Planet table lamp with dimmer model B9385 was designed by Tokujin Yoshioka in 2016.

The Planet light range was his first lighting project for Kartell, Italy.

The Planet faceted light diffuser creates a sparkling illuminance. This is achieved by having a sphere that feeds on refraction, with a series of complex surfaces and reflections.

Both the dimming and on/off lighting controls are operated without any switches and just from tapping the touch sensitive base.

Planet table lamp comes in three finishes: smoke/black, yellow/gold, transparent/chrome.

The Planet table lamp with dimmer uses an energy saving 22W LED bulb as standard.

The shade is made using a thermoplastic technopolymer material. The frame is covered with a die-cast polished aluminium material that gives this contemporary lamp a glittering effect.
