Alessi Santoku knife is a traditional Japanese knife used for food preparation. “Santoku” means “three virtues” in Japanese.
The Santoku knife is ideal for cutting, filleting and removing bones. This special knife can be used to cut meat, fish and vegetables.
Manufactured in forged steel AISI 420 and comes in a stylish matt finish with a rounded handle end.
The Santoku knife is taken from the MAMI collection of kitchenware designed by Stefano Giovannoni.
