Alessi Mami Santoku knife are available in small SG509 and large SG508 sizes. These are traditional Japanese knives used for food preparation.

“Santoku” means “three virtues” in Japanese.

The Santoku knife is ideal for cutting, filleting and removing bones. This special knife can be used to cut meat, fish and vegetables.

Manufactured in forged stainless steel AISI 420 and comes in a stylish matt finish with a comfortable to use, ergonomically shaped rounded handle end.

The Santoku knife is taken from the MAMI collection of kitchenware designed by Stefano Giovannoni.
