The product appears to be very nice(my daughter tells me )it was an extra little something towards a very special perfume, everything was meant to arrive on time (for her birthday)but the bag hanger took two weeks to arrive, when my email was eventually answered (by a seemingly very pleasant chap) I was told that what I ordered wasn't in stock (so why didn't it have that in writing next to the picture of the item) my daughter is very pleased with it and it fits the job perfectly, everything turned out ok in the end.
Please connections let people know that things are out of stock instead of taking the money from accounts and upsetting people unnecessary, this part is my fault I then started to read your reviews and was thinking (what have I done)
