Artemide Tolomeo Mini LED table light

This Tolomeo Mini LED sprung extendable table light was designed by Michele De Lucchi & Giancarlo Fassina for Artemide in 2010. In the same year won a Green Good Design award in Chicago. It is an energy saving update of the popular 1987 classic Tolomeo design.

The LED technology used reduces energy consumption by 90%, with excellent quality and light distribution. The LED illuminated design emits 100% light where needed, eliminating dispersion and waste in other directions.This gives 1250 lux on the work surface, using only 10 watts.

A system of spring balancing lets you effortlessly position the light exactly where you want it, and a dimmer switch controls the optimum subdued to bright levels of lighting.

Options

Choose 5 direct LEDs, or 4 direct and one indirect LED; included.

Instead of a round base, you can choose a fixed desk support, a clamp or a twin fixed support that take two independent lamp units.

Finish

The base and cantilevered arms are polished aluminium; the diffuser is matt anodised aluminum and the joints and supports are polished aluminium.
